We receive your request for information for services via our online form or over the phone. One of home care agents will provide you with the types of services we provide so you can make an informed decision.
Home
Visit
A home visit will be scheduled before delivering services to determine if the client's needs can be met by our agency in a safe and efficient manner, to answer any additional questions & understand scope of services.
Individual
Service Plan
If we are able to provide the services requested, a home care agent manager will develop an individual service plan (ISP) jointly with the client. The manager will draw up a service agreement and sign it along with the client's representative.
